Thrift Shop Sorters Mon — Fri mornings Enjoy the company of working beside a multigenerational team of volunteers
 
Deliver Food Pantry Orders to Homebound Residents 2nd & 4th Friday of each month 11:00-1:00 Likes to meet Needham homebound residents one on one. Can lift 10 lbs.
 
English as Second Language Tutors

6 week training

1 hour/week tutoring session

Interested in helping new immigrants in our community improve English skills
 
Fashion Show Coordinator Spring Event Strong organizational skills. Fashion sense
 
Food Pantry Shelves Stocker Tues/Thurs/Fri Can lift 20 lbs
 
Medical Appointment Driver Flexible Over age 21.Excellent driving record.Meet Needham residents one on one.
 
Nursing Home Boutique Assistant Every Mon 2:30-4:00 Enjoy visiting & helping nursing home residents.
 
Public Relations Flexible Write thank you notes/write articles for the media
 
Special Food Pickup & Delivery local and in Metrowest Area On Call

Over age 21. Excellent driving record

Can lift 20 lbs.

 
Child Assault Prevention Program - Prevention Specialist Initial 21 hour training committment, then 6 hours monthly Enjoy working with children in classroom setting with other facilitators
 
Supervise Teenage Volunteers After 2:30 Mon-Fri Enjoy working with teenagers
 
Trips to the Needham Recycling & Disposal Area Tues - Friday Can lift 20 lbs
