Grid List Today Week 2-Week 3-Week 4-Week Month Search Login	Title: H1N1 Flu Clinic Schedule Description: The Needham Health Department will have a FINAL H1N1 Influnza Clinic on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 from 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. at the Presbyterian Church,1458 Great Plain Ave., Needham MA. The clinic is intended for individuals who are 18 years old and over. There is no charge for the H1N1 vaccine. For further information, please call the Health Department @ 781-455-7523
