The Needham Community Council is a private, multi-service non-profit agency serving the needs of Needham residents. Our motto, "People Helping People." has been well known in our community since our inception in 1930.
Our programs have adapted continually over the years but our mission remains the same — to extend hospitality to every Needham neighbor who turns to us with a need.
The Council receives no government funding...no federal, state or local tax support. We rely entirely on the generosity of Needham residents, community agencies and business owners to support our work. We believe in the power of a neighbor's helping hand.
